You can't get the stuff in moderation because there are very few products that come sans high fructose corn syrup. I do look at labels, and I wish everyone else did too! I recently received an email from an online group I belong to. They are running a campaign and by the looks of it, it is to do with the Corn Refiners Association. I am not going to support something like that on my blog. I know corn syrup is not healthy, causes health problems and needs to be taken out of our foods.
