We are gluten dairy and soy free because of allergies so processed foods are off limits to us. It was quite the learning curve but we are getting better every day. We just found kombucha and are loving it so prize pack 1 would be awesome

We have cut out most processed foods, or rarely eat them...I think we eat fast food less than once a month, if that. Cooking everything from scratch takes time, but it is sooooo much better, tastes better...and gives all of us more appreciation for what we are putting in our bodies :)
